Hullo there.
It's my 38th birthday.
First of all, thank you for all the birthday wishes I've been reading online. You care, you really care... sniffle... It almost made up for the fact that I will have no birthday cake today, and I have no one to sing me happy birthday. But that's fine. That's okay. I was woken up this morning by a birthday text, which would have started my day off with a smile were it not for the fact that the text was from O2, my phone provider...
Even so, thank you, O2. It's nice to know you care.
Before you feel TOO sorry for me, I celebrated my birthday last Saturday, when we combined it with a Halloween party because three of my nieces will be down the country on Halloween night. So, y'know... my birthday was hijacked by three princesses and a pirate. But that's fine.
So, what did I GET for my birthday? I shall tell you. I got a remote controlled toy car! From my brother and sisters! They got me a remote controlled toy car! Yes! They did! For no reason! For no reason I can possibly comprehend, they got me a remote controlled toy car! Thank you, brother and sisters! Just what I've always wanted but could never put into words! Joy of joys!
So, after picking myself up from the floor, it was my mother's turn to give me the present from my folks. It was a shirt! A shirt! A blue shirt! But not just any kind of blue shirt! A blue denim shirt! DENIM! The most awesome material you could possibly make a shirt FROM! A blue denim shirt!
Truly, I am blessed. It's not like when their birthdays come around I buy them computers or TVs or designer handbags. Nope. That's not what happens at all.
So you wait, my family! You just wait till your birthdays roll around again! You cannot BEGIN to guess what WONDER of a present I shall be buying you!

My mum is the main iPad user, I think. My brother prefers the laptop. I just always use my phone or the mini laptop, unless I have homework that needs printing, in which case I have to use the laptop because that's the only thing that can print. Or it was unless yesterday, because yesterday we got a new Wi-Fi printer, so I suppose from now on I'll just be able to print from my phone . . .

*looks at it* Well, it looks just like a laptop, but smaller. And it is, I think, also less advanced than a computer, although I kjnow you can get Miscrosoft Word and stuff on it as well as Windows & because we have them on it. Plus I can't seem to change the desktop background.
Has anybody seen Microsoft Word 2010? I think it's 2010 . . . OUR SCHOOL COMPUTERS GOT UPDATED OVER THE SUMMEE HOLIDAYS, SO NOW THEY'RE REALY SLOW BUT THEY HAVE THE NEW MICROSOFT PROGRAMS AND MICROSOFT WORD 2010 IS SOOOOOOO AWESOME. THE FIRST TIME I USED IT I WAS JUST ROTATING A PICTURE FOR FIVE MINUTES GOING "Wow, look at this!"

I love Disney, in Florida, that is. I got to go twice in a row. First time my parents saved up and we went staying off Disney but fairly close, second time, my Dad won. We got back from Disney for the first time and Dad's union did a drawing we won 4 tickets to Disney and everything except flight was paid for, we stayed in All Star Sport's Hotel in the Surf's Up section right by the pool, Disney characters visited us and we stayed out late every night returning back by 12am, and the parades were awesome!!! At 8pm in Epcot by the lake the fireworks iver the lake began, the torches lit by 7:30 and everyone would gather, it was magical! In Magic Kingdom the Lught's Parade was on later at 9pm and if you wish upon Tinker Bell the wish omes true, it did for me. And in Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM) there was Rock N' Roll Coaster and the Tower of Terror and Star Wars Weekend :D
