AF1 is the only AF book i have. I use my school library a lot.
Well, I find a lot of things funny.
But each time I reread it, I would get to understand the characters more and how funny they can be. Like Root's sarcasm or the dwarf jokes or how you could see the change in Artemis at the end of the book. He gave up half the ransom money to heal his mom. Even if, at the end, Argon said it was only so the child agencies don't start questioning him.
That's just the non-detailed way of putting it.
To actually quote from the book would take a while to type out... and I'd probably forget details.
Here's what i've got so far:
"What did i find funny? One of the things was the "I don't like lollipops" bit, followed by Artemis accidently shouting "Lollipops!" at Butler throufh his walkie-talkie instead of telling him to take cover. I suppose what I found funny was the fact that we'd just heard about lollipops being a word Artemis wouldn't want to use, so when he shouted it at Butler he must have been mortified, which I found funny, although that probably is a bit mean of me . . . Butler was very puzzled as to why Artemis had said lollipops, so I suppose I found it funny that Artekis, who is supposed to be ever so calm and controlled, is losing his cool and blurting out things he doesn't mean ."

Every year, every country in europe who wants to enter sends singers to it, and they all sing, and all the countries vote for who they like best, and the one with the most votes wins, and the winners get to host thn next eurovision.
Apparently when my mum and dad were little it was all folk dancers and stuff and it was really funny, but nowadays it's mostly pop singers. 26 countries took part this year, and it was hosted by Azarbaijan - that how it's spelt? A lot of them were very good actually . . .
