Lily was playing to save her place. If Ski Man over took her she was going to... She didn't know what but she knew it would be bad.
She drew her Jet Rifle and went hunting. She loved being Rogue on capture the flag. She didn't have to worry about the flag so she could just wait here until someone passed. The screen showed the main courtyard. Four walls boxed it in. Four secret passage ways, one of which she was in now, and the main arches leading to the bases. In the middle sat the low pool. She had no idea why it was there but it was.
There was movement behind one of the blue barrels by the blue arch. She levelled her rifle with the barrels and seconds later who should pop up other than Ski Man.
"Excellent." she said and pulled out a grenade. She chucked it over the edge and ducked.
She waited for the boom and the message to appear in the box.
Nothing happened.
As she was about to look over the edge the grenade was flung back over.
"Oh shi-!" she shouted but vibrate was on and as she rode the shock wave she couldn't pronounce the rest.
Her character was still alive but the energy bar was now 24/8997. Not good. she thought.
She seemed to be in an alcove on the other side of the main arena. She looked down and Ski Man was looking at her then ran.
"Crap. He's coming." she said then set Alien off at a sprint.
Star, now that I listened to Seussical the musical, when I read the words, I hear the song in the background. You should listen to it.(I'm being a bit obsessed with it at the mo...)

Well I go to my school library most weekdays, I can read them whenever I want, and I spebt ahes copying SP quotes down from all the books, so it's hardly a great loss! I'm not a big one on owning books - I'll buy KOTW coz I can't wait a few more months for the library to get it, and I DO have TEOTW coz I that's never come to the library, and if it's any consolation I only have one AF book and that's coz my mum got me randomly before I read any of them. It's nothing personal to SP, it's just I'd rather save my money for books I don't see almost every weekday.
