This week’s featured article, a report on the various aspects of [Name], a year 7 student currently attending [School] High School.
Interests
I have many interests, which isn’t unusual (it wouldn’t matter in the slightest to me if it was though), though I don’t imagine many of them are shared by many of my classmates/friends, if any of them. For one thing, my interests are generally things I am good at. My writing for example. I am rather good at writing (I would like to think) and can fairly confidently say I enjoy doing it seeing as I am in the process of writing fifteen books currently. And by books, I do mean novels. Other than that, I do enjoy my guitar playing, though I wouldn’t say I’m very good at that yet. Major emphasis on the “yet” part by the way. And my drawing too. But I’m not the best at that either. No yet on that sentence though. And then there’s my liking for watching things like Hawaii 5-0 and Primeval. So scratch what I said about liking things I’m good at. And then, there is my music. Yes, I love music, if someone gets the right genre and artist. Because that is another thing about me; I am very picky. I know what I like and don’t like what I don’t…if that made sense. It probably did, but I’m not going to make that definite, partially because I know I’m not reliable. Which brings me to another point: I am insane. I like to refer to myself as insane anyway. If I’m not actually insane, I’m definitely unhinged. And then there’s another thing. I have a tendency to wander off the topic and rant, which you have just seen a fine, unintentional display of. Anyway, yes, my music. Before I stumbled over my favourite genres these days, I really didn’t listen to much music in my own time, most likely because I didn’t like much of the instrumental Jazz and Blues my father was constantly playing. Miles Davis and such. He did put on things like Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Jack Johnson (of whom I still enjoy), but I didn’t listen to them as such. And then, then, I found Asylum by Disturbed. Yay, whoopee, hooray, all those weird phrases people say when they are happy (I like to use “BOOM!” instead, which tends to freak people out. That just makes me want to use it more, though). Now I listen to Metal, Hard Rock, Fast Rock and Alternative Rock. Disturbed, Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, Foo Fighters, Avenged Sevenfold, AC/DC, Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch, Flyleaf, Living End, Skillet, Two Steps From Hell and Within Temptation. I also have recently discovered I enjoy The Ting Tings. And then (this will be the last thing, I promise) books! To make things quick, I’ll just say that my favourite book series of all time is Skulduggery Pleasant written by my favourite author of all time, Derek Landy! I have, however, read through the Harry Potter series ten times now. Sad, huh? Yup. Moving on…

I don’t like assignments! I would say I don’t like school either, but I suppose that’s kind of a given, huh? I don’t like my brother, or stupid people, or people who ask stupid questions. Or state the obvious. Unless it’s me that’s doin’ the statin’, obviously. See, I just did it then, and do you see me smacking my face in? NO! …Well, that was uncalled for. Anyway, likes. I like sleep. Boom. And food. Boom. And saying boom. Boom. I’ll stop with the Boom’s now too. I love Skulduggery Pleasant and writing and music and…That’s about it. I’ve just realized, I’m a guy with really nothing to build off. A nobody. Way to build up my self-esteem, Health subject.

Food
The editor couldn’t come up with a better headline
This is a food article about how food quality has dipped from healthy, to downright harmful. We picked some random guy from the street and interviewed him about his food choices, and asked him a few questions about food related lifestyle diseases. Surprisingly, he had a lot to say on the subject.
(blah blah blah, details that are in the actual thing, but is too long)As you can see, he had lots of information about it. Some people might think he had researched just for this interview to sound smart, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.

The whole point of picking some guy from the street was that he was supposed to have little knowledge about healthy eating. I was determined to see if he really had done research, so my questions became more complicated. I asked what he knew about diabetes, and other lifestyle diseases.
