Book 6 is finished.
I have emailed it to my editor and agent, and it is currently printing out for Laura, and I now have a few days to recover from my illness before I read back over it and spot where it can be improved. At the moment, it's a long one, about 10,000 words longer than Mortal Coil. Whether it'll keep that word count after the rewrite, I don't know.
But it's done.

Aquila- No. The Nightmare Before Christmas is about a skeleton named Jack. He's the Pumpkin King and the King of Halloween, but he starts yearning for more than that. He goes into a forest, and falls through a door into Christmas Land. Jack is inspired, and goes home to try to make his own Christmas. He hires the Boogie Man's henchmen to capture Santa, and then, against Jack's orders, they deliver Santa to the Boogie Man. Jack goes along with his Christmas plans, but after trying to be Santa, he realizes that he's meant to be the King of Halloween and goes and saves Santa and Christmas. The End.
He summary is incredibly bad, but the movie is amazing~

As far as I remeber, they weren't that poor. It's just that the miller wanted his daughter to marry a prince. So he lied to the prince that his daughter could make gold out of straw. Instead of denying it, the daughter lied, too. The prince took her with him to test her abilities, and Rumpelstielzchen helped her, taking a ring, a necklace, whatever she had. But neither did the prince have enough gold nor did the girl ever tell the truth. And when she had nothing left, her first child was the only thing left she could give to Rumpelstielzchen. And she still didn't tell the truth, but promised to give away her child instead.
If you ask me, Rumpelstielzchen only did what was his nature to do, whilst the miller and his daughter (and a bit the prince) caused the whole misery...
