A few days ago, I got a brand new niece to add to my collection. Little Clara can now join the twins as they scuttle along the floor, with their cousin Sophie looking on with great amusement.
And as I promised, Valkyrie's brand new sibling will be following suit- so Val is getting a little sister. Yay!

The oldest I've seen anyone confess to being here is 18, so more than likely if you're reading this I'm plenty old enough to be your mother. I am not old enough to be Derek's mother. I am old enough to be his... um, older sister. I'd like to be able to say I read children's fantasy lit to keep up with what my older daughter (11) is into, but honestly, I just love it. SP is a little dark for 11yo dd, but she likes Artemis Fowl. We don't get any tv out here (rural California, Sierra foothills) so we're behind on whatever everyone else is watching; we have to rent dvds when they're out. Just saw DW "end of time" last night - thought I'd cry but I didn't. We're on the last season of Buffy, and if anyone wants to talk about that, I'd love to chat. Hated season 4, loved 5 and 6, not enjoying 7 so much.
