Primeval, it's a thing on tv about dinosaurs and such likes which come into the present through rips in time. But there are things which come from the FUTURE as well as the past. There is a woman called Abby who is played by someone called Hannah Spearitt or something who was part of S-club (a band) they were in an arena with a Spinosaurus (dinosaur) which came into the present along with two of the main characters after being stuck in a different time. Then the woman from S-club played her own song to stun the spinosaurus on a dj thingy...

Once a Remnant has been inside a body for three days (dont quote me on that, it might be weeks) the Remnant fuses permenantly to the soul, which is why everyone was all 'woe is me' at the end of MC. The Remnant will only leave if the Host Body dies. You see where Im going with this?
